The Insurance Center was founded in 1957 by Hugh Prescott. The Agency thrived and in 1981 the group of owners formed The Insurance Center of Tuscaloosa, Inc. The Insurance Center of Tuscaloosa still thrives on the principles laid down in 1957. Our goal is to take care of our customers by tailor fitting an insurance program to fit their needs, whether it be personal or commercial.
